I, too, am a "born again Formanite". ;) I went reluctantly at my boss's "request". About half way through the first day, I came to the same conclusion that you did. While the information would help the company, it would help me even more. As Ed says, "If you can figure out the formula for having one good successful day, and you repeat that over and over, you'll have a successful life.". btw, there are only going to be 3 more SLC courses offered to the public. 2008 is the last year. I've been thinking about it ever since I got here, but I just haven't done it. I think it will be good to get an outside perspective on everything. Thanks for being honest. I hurt, physically. I want to sleep in class, I feel so tired... but in between classes, I can't nap and feel like an insomniac.
